Post Material Requisitions

Use the Post Material Requisitions function to post requisition information and move filled requisitions from the Material Requisitions function to history. For location transfers, posting material requisitions processes the filled quantity even if the requested quantity is not completely fulfilled. If you entered project, phase, and task information for requisitions, Warehouse Management also updates these projects with requisition information for correct billing.

  1. Enter comments for the post, if applicable, in the Comments field.
  2. Click a command button to 
    3. Click To
    OK Begin processing.
    Activity Display the Activity Log to view posting activity.
    Reset Set all fields to their default values.
