CRM Services Integration
From the CRM Services Integration screen, you can configure the integration settings to establish the connection between Traverse Global and Aptean CRM. This integration helps the users to sync the entities such as contacts, sales history, and so on.
To configure CRM Service Integration:

Navigate to the CRM Service Integration page.

From the Name drop-down menu, select Aptean CRM.
Note: The Aptean CRM is the default name set in business rule.

The Tenant Secret, API Key, Mode, and Sales History Retention Range will be populated, as configured.

From the Sales History Retention Range, you can change the value according to the requirement.

If you make any changes, click the Update button to update the changes to the configuration.
The Traverse Global and the Aptean CRM will be sync based on this configuration.
