Print Service Integration
From the Print Service Integration page, the Aptean cloud printing setup can be configured at the company level.
Note: From the User Default > System Manager, the Aptean cloud printing setup can be configured at the user level.
The Aptean cloud printing setup at the company level will be considered when the configuration at the user level is empty.
To configure the Aptean cloud printing setup at the company level, follow these steps:

From the left pane, navigate to System Manager > Setup and Maintenance > Print Service Integration.

Enter an Aptean Cloud Printing Account ID.

Enter an Aptean Cloud Printing API key.

Select a Default Printer.

Select a default Printing Mode.

Enter a Workstation Name.

Enter a Workstation Name (Bartender).

Enter a Virtual Printer (BarTender).

Enter a Retry Count (Print Job Validation). When the value is greater than zero, it represents the count of retries to obtain the print status of the job ID. You can see the updated status of the job in the service activity view depending on the print job validation count.

Enter Queue Timeout. The default value is zero. If the queue timeout is set to a value greater than zero, the print job will be held in the queue for the specified number of seconds when the agent is offline.

Click Update.

Navigate to Business Rule > Application > System Manager. From the right pane, under the Miscellaneous section, set Enable Cloud Print to Yes.
Now, you can cloud print a report.
