Clear Leave Hours

Use the Clear Leave Hours function to set remaining leave balances to zero in the Employee Information function. The function allows you to clear each leave code balance without clearing the others. For example, if your company allows its employees to roll accrued vacation time but not sick time over to the next year, use the Clear Leave Hours function to zero the employees' accrued sick time balance at the end of the year.

  1. Select the check box adjacent to the leave code for which you want to clear all employees' remaining hours.

    Activity Open the Activity Log to view previous roll up leave balance activity.
    Reset Set all fields to their default values.
