Change Order Status

Use the Change Order Status function to perform mass status change of production orders.

Use the Change Order Status function to change the status of single or multiple production orders at one time. The Change Orders Status function allows you to filter the available options. Once the status of the production orders are changed, activity log information is recorded.

Remember:

Right-click on the title bar of the grid and select Column Chooser from the context menu.

Then

Drag and drop columns from the Column Chooser onto the grid title bar.

  1. Use the Data Filter to select the range of filtering options or leave the filter blank to include all available data.
  2. Click the Applybutton to display the available orders using the selected filtering options.
  3. Select the Select check boxes adjacent to the orders you want to change status.
    Note: You can use the Select All or Unselect All buttons to either select all available orders for status change or deselect all selected orders for status change.

  4. Select the status of the order from the Status From field.

  5. Select the status of the order from the Status To field.

  6. Enter any applicable comments in the Comments field.
  7. Click the Change Status button to change the status of the selected orders.

  8. Click a command button to

    Click To
    OK Begin processing.
    Activity View the Activity Log for changing orders status.
    Reset Set all fields to their default values.
