Customer Sync
The Customer Sync function can be used to push the customer information into the integrated CRM solution, using the following steps.

Navigate to the SM Customer Sync page.

Select the Service ID, to push the service activities while pushing the customer information to CRM.
Note: The default value set in the business rule will be selected by default, in the Service ID field.

Click Apply to view list of available customer information.

Select the customer that you want to push to Aptean CRM.

Click OK.
The latest information of the selected customer will be pushed to Aptean CRM. The Ship-To address added to the customer will also be pushed to Aptean CRM.
Note: In the case of deleting a customer in Traverse Global, it is not required to manually delete the customer in SM. Whenever the next push occurs, the customer deleted from Traverse Global will be removed from SM.
