Interactive Views Overview

Use the functions on the Interactive Views menu to view information about your purchase orders, vendors, and historical transactions. Remember that Interactive View functions allow you to view but not change information.

• Use the Order View and Order LC View functions to look up Purchase Order transactions of any status, including those already posted to history.
• Use the Goods Not Received View to look up purchase orders that have not been received.
• Use the PO Deposit View function to inquire the details of PO Deposits.
• The Purchase Order Interactive View menu also contains two Accounts Payable Interactive View functions: Vendor View and Detail History View.
