Phase Codes

Use the Phase Codes function to define the phase codes and IDs your projects use. Assign these phase codes to projects using the Projects function.

Creating a Phase Code

1. Click the New button, on the toolbar, to open a blank phase code record.
2. Enter a new code in the Phase Code field.
3. Enter a description of the new code in the Description field.
4. Click the Save button, on the toolbar, to save the new phase code.

Editing a Phase Code

1. Select a code to edit from the Phase Code field.
2. Edit the fields as necessary.
3. Close the Phase Codes function to save any changes made to the phase code.

Deleting a Phase Code

1. Select a code to delete from the Phase Code field.
2. Click the Delete button, on the toolbar, to delete the selected phase code.
3. Click Yes at the "Are you sure you want to delete selected record(s)?" prompt.
