EDI Setup and Maintenance Overview

Your EDI business rules must be set first.

Then use the Setup and Maintenance screens to map your TrueCommerce Partner to your Traverse Global customer, and map your specific items and fields accordingly.

There are three functions on the EDI Connector Setup and Maintenance menu: Partner, Partner Cross Reference, and Item Cross Reference. You can use these functions to set up your trading partners in the system and create item cross-references. The system uses those tables as part of the validation before importing the files into the system. If the file does not pass validation, the system will not import the file into the ERP.
